Precautions of greenhouse wall in construction process
Introduction to Shandong Greenhouse Precautions during the construction of greenhouse greenhouse walls:
First, the wall is not rolled and the cut surface is not flat.
Practice has proved that the quality of the greenhouse wall will directly affect the length of its service life. In recent years, the construction of greenhouses has been directed toward the height of the shed, and the width of the shed has not been erected. This further requires the firmness and stability of the shed wall. The bottom of the greenhouse should be compacted with a bulldozer to prevent the foundation from sinking. Then use the excavator on the map and ensure that every 50 cm of loose soil is rolled back and forth several times with a bulldozer. The height of the rear wall is 4.5 m, and the top of the wall is compacted with a bulldozer. When paying attention to the excavator and the shed wall, it should have a slope, the upper and the lower width, the inclination is 6-10 degrees and the wall should be flat.
Second, the rear roof angle is small, the method of covering the material is incorrect
According to the years of construction experience in the construction of greenhouses in Shandong, we have five steps to build the correct rear roof construction method for the roof after the greenhouse.
1. The angle between the rear roof and the horizontal line can be determined according to the angle of the sun at noon on the local winter solstice day, generally 45~50°.
2. Laying the steel wire, because the bearing capacity of the "back roof" is too large, it is necessary to densely lay the steel wire, and the steel wire is 8-10 cm.
3. Cover insulation, waterproof material covering method: the first step is to choose a width of 5-6 meters, and the new plastic film with the shed is smooth, once again covered with soil pressure 20 cm at the edge of the back wall of the bureau, and then covered it in the " The rear roof" of the steel wire surface. At the top of the shed, a wire can be pulled from east to west to fix the middle part of the plastic film. In the second step, the insulation materials (3 meters long and 1.6 meters wide) prepared in advance are covered in advance. Note that the lower edge of the insulation material should be on the plastic film to prevent water from rotting and shortening. Its service life. In order to improve the heat preservation effect, the covered thermal insulation material is preferably a layer of grass 苫 +1 layer felt, which has a long service life and is economical. Three steps, in order to prevent rain and snow from insulating the insulation material, the remaining part of the plastic film needs to be "folded back" to the grasshopper and felt.
4. Start the soil from the shed, make the excavator take the soil, and then push the soil a little bit on the “back roof”. Each layer of 30 cm thick soil is shot with iron and other tools. Pay special attention to the height of the above picture not to exceed 40 cm.
5. "Slope protection". After leveling the "back roof" soil layer, cover the back wall with a new piece of plastic film. Then, on the plastic film, a layer of non-woven fabric and other materials can be added to ensure that the slope protection period is more than 4 years. At the same time, it can prevent weeds and avoid spreading pests and diseases through the air outlet. The top of the roof and the back wall are fixed by two wires from the east and west, or the woven bag is filled with soil and the lid is pressed once every 1 meter.
